of Transmig industrial welding
power sources includes the 326S,
406S and 406SW power sources
for MIG, MAG and flux cored wire
applications. They use simple threephase
switch and tap technology
to give reliable performance for
applications to 400A. The 406SW
has a MIG torch water-cooling unit.
Operating from 415V three-phase
supply, units provide a welding
performance from 50 to 400A at
50% duty cycle with model 406S.
Forty voltage selections, with two
levels of inductance, give precise
control of the welding setting and
good welding characteristics. Both
Transmig 326S and 406S/SW have
digital volt and ammeters and have
removable gas cylinder trays,
feeder swivel mounting post and
