ANTI-SPATTER
January 1st 2004

An inexpensive, anti-spatter spray for welding, that is free from dichloromethane, has been introduced by Stevens Industrial Services (SIS). In tests, SIS claims that the performance of TW Anti-Spatter exceeded similarly priced products that contain dichloromethane. By stopping spatter sticking and enabling fast, easy cleaning after welding, the product increases productivity for welders. The spray does not affect paint or other coatings and is derived from its stronger concentration sisters, Pre-Weld and Clean Weld.
