This high quality range has been designed for the testing and monitoring of electronic/electrical components, semiconductors, small assemblies and selected chemicals. Improved fast temperature and humidity cycling with increased ramping provides the capability to validate quality and reliability for the item under test.

The range consists of 10 models with half designated SH, having a temperature  range of -20, -40, -60 to 150/180˚C combined with a humidity range of 30/95% RH. The other five models are designated SU and have temperature ranges of -20, -40, -60 to 150/180˚C.
