Eliminating the dangers of hammers, steel pins and cutting torches with an integral, hex-key-operated, two-piece, locking device, ERLAU’s re-useable Easy-R-Lock brings safety and time-saving to TPC installation and dismantling and reduces the risk of injuries and the possibility of exploding tyres. 

Until now, common practice has been to secure replacement wear links by hammering home a steel pin. The one-piece, steel-alloy Easy-C-Lock is quickly secured or removed by rotating the integral locking device through 180˚ with a conventional flat-head screwdriver.

Available in 19 and 22mm sizes, Easy R-Lock and Easy C-Lock are compatible with most makes of TPC, and are said to extend tyre life up to 10 times in heavy-side industries.
