Robust and reliable
Phytron’s stepper motors are said to be extremely reliable, robust and precise – finding and holding positions even without feedback electronics. Up to date high motion controllers improve the motor’s performance, provide smooth running and a high positioning accuracy.
Phytron’s phyMOTION framework includes housing, controller, power supply, high end power stages (0,1 – 15A per axis at 24 to 120V), interpolation, digital and analogue I/Os and touch interfaces. With optional Endat, SSI, resolver and motor temperature evaluation, this framework provides all features to manage motors in extreme environments.
Well prepared for industry 4.0 the phyMOTION comes with a wide range of communication interfaces (USB, Ethernet, EPICS, Bluetooth, RS232, RS485) and industrial field buses (Profinet, Profibus, CAN), the free phyLOGIC Toolbox development environment and a free LabView driver.
