With the double-concentric
Quadrok clamping unit,
Hainbuch offers a universal
clamping system for machining
centres – especially 5 axis machining.

The unit can be adapted to clamp
almost any work piece up to 250 x
250mm. It has four-sided clamping
and an extremely shallow grip depth.

Large material removal rates are
possible through active jaw pull back,
while simple saw cuts can be
machined with the same high level of
performance as complex cast parts.

The unit has 5 different clamping
functions: vice, concentric, doublevice,
concentric + vice, or doubleconcentric
clamping function.

Functions are selected with the simple
turn of a switch on each of the quick
change jaws, with repeatability better
than 0.010mm in all axes, regardless
of whether first or second operation
machining, outside or inside
gripping.

The Quadrok also features a quick
change jaw mounting system
accurate to 0.003mm. It is possible to
swap the work holding in a matter of
seconds to a collet chuck or mandrel
and jaw system using the universal
base unit and Hainbuch’s modular
clamping system.
