The App is designed to be interactive with direct dial access from the 'Meet the Team' sections so you can call or e-mail specific members of the team, simplifying communication. Just go to the 'Meet the Team' pages, click on the person, look for the 'contact me' button in the top right hand of the page and the option to call or e-mail is presented. 

Throughout the App there are options to contact the company with questions, request more information about spare parts, technical queries about installation or operation, requests for service/maintenance instructions, and links to the website. YouTube videos show how the filters work. http://bit.ly/bollAPP
