Portable magnetic drilling machine
JEI Solutions will be unveiling the latest additions to its flagship Magbeast range of portable magnetic drilling machines at MACH 2016.

Taking centre stage will be Magbeast 5, one of the world’s largest portable magnetic drilling machines that is designed to solve the most challenging hole making applications. With the ability to tap holes up to M52 and cut holes up to 200mm in diameter, Magbeast 5 is already providing a solution for a number of challenging projects across a wide spectrum of industries.
Further new Magbeast models include the HM-140 Machine with a 140mm cutting capacity, and the Minibeast LP35 Plus, a low profile machine capable of providing a hole-cutting solution in the lowest of height restricted areas.
JEI also offers an extensive portfolio of portable solutions that cover virtually every aspect of metal preparation, including its complete range of Steelbeast metal fabricating equipment, Airbeast portable pneumatic cutting systems and Turbo annular cutters.
In cooperation with Czech manufacturer NKO, JEI Solutions will be presenting its new heavy duty plate bevelling range – a three-machine series designed to produce weld ready prepped edges on steel from 6 to 50mm thick.
Like all JEI machines, these latest models are manufactured to the highest standards and are rigorously tested to ensure maximum durability, simplicity of use, precision and reliability.
“At JEI Solutions, we recognise that no two applications are the same. With our industry knowledge and know-how, we are able to consult, advise, recommend and manufacture any special tooling or attachments to fit our clients’ exact requirements,” says David McFadden, managing director of JEI Solutions.
“Our new Magbeast models had their first outing at the Eisenwarenmesse International Hardware Fair in Cologne in March, and we were overwhelmed with interest and positive feedback. We’re looking forward to presenting them at MACH 2016,” adds McFadden.
