Steitz says the benefits of boots with Goretex membranes for anyone working in arduous, wet, cold and hot conditions are well established but the Steitz range brings additional benefits.

In line with all styles in the Steitz range, which covers lightweight ESD trainers and office shoes through to winter boots, chainsaw boots and fire service boots, the Oslo and Stavanger (high) Goretex boots, conforming to EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 SRC CI HRO, feature multiple width fittings.

Most styles come in four width fittings, with sizing kits ensuring a precise size can be found for all wearers. A colour-coded heel cushioning insert can be changed to give the correct amount of shock absorption, depending on the wearer's weight.

The footwear has been tested and approved by the AGR (German Healthy Back Campaign).
