A new range of shackle load cells has
been introduced by LCM Systems
for lifting and weighing applications
in harsh environments. Suitable for
use in applications such as underhook
hoist and crane weighing, cable
tension monitoring and crane load
safety monitoring, the sensors are
available in either cabled or wireless
telemetry versions.

Cabled versions can be supplied
with Crosby shackles as standard or,
as an option, with Greenpin shackles.

SHK-D cabled, shackle load cells
use the Crosby G2150 and are offered
in a range from 1 to 35t; the SHK-B
cabled series has a rated load to 400t,
using the Crosby
G2130 or G2140.

Shackle pins are
forged from high
tensile carbon steel
and proof
loaded to
150% of
normal rated
load.

For a wireless, telemetry option, the
Telshack range uses integral wireless
telemetry electronics operating on
2.4GHz license-free frequency.
