standard steel column guard.

The strength of the
RackDefender comes from
the way it is designed around
the specific racking profile
and, being made from
synthetic rubber, its ability to
dissipate and absorb the various
impact energies.

Combining these strengths behind
a steel floor fixed column guard
results in a very strong product that
provides effective racking upright
protection.

In some extreme cases,
following very heavy impact
the steel column guard has
been distorted but the
upright remains intact
complete with rubber insert.

Under these circumstances,
the old steel guard can
simply be removed and
replaced on the original floor
fixings – negating the need
to repair or even re-drill the floor.
