Flexim's Fluxus products provide permanent or temporary energy measurement on chilled water, hot water or thermal oil heat transfer lines on virtually any size pipe and any pipe material. Compressed air demand too can be measured with fixed or temporary Fluxus flow measurement devices. 

Flexim says the device can form part of an ISO50001 implementation plan, and points out that you can't manage energy consumption if you don't measure it.
