Last call for UK manufacturers to enter TMMX Awards
A reminder to UK manufacturers, large and small, that the deadline for entering The Manufacturer MX Awards (TMMX) is 30th June.
Award categories range from recognition in innovation and sustainability, through to apprenticeships, leadership and staff engagement, so there are plenty of opportunities for businesses of all sizes and sectors to be recognised for excellence.
The free-to-enter programme is not just about the awards though, but is the pinnacle of a stringent programme designed to provide valuable business improvement advice and feedback from an expert panel of judges in the form of a confidential business report.
Entries are open to all UK manufacturing companies and it is free to make submissions in as many categories as desired.

Grant Collier, TMMX Awards Manager, said “Winning one of these awards or becoming a finalist brings significant benefits. The Awards are a celebration of a three stage assessment process involving over 35 expert judges from across the industry. After the ceremony each finalist receives a personalised, complimentary, confidential Assessment and Business Improvement Report written by Durham University Business School, based on the judges’ feedback. All finalists are also invited to profile their business with a free double page within the highly prestigious annual The Manufacturer Opus, a ‘coffee table’ publication circulated to MPs and UK Industry ambassadors to highlight the best of UK manufacturing. These benefits alone are a strong reason to enter”.
TMMX Awards 2016 are supported by headline sponsor NatWest, co-sponsor Meggitt; category sponsors Autodesk; EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Through-life Engineering Services; Grant Thornton, ILX Skills, Industry Forum; Warwick Manufacturing Group; University of Warwick, judging sponsor University of Birmingham, and partner Durham University Business School.
