Driven by CribMaster’s advanced inventory management software, the WeighStation automates the dispensing of small supplies like nuts and bolts by using precise weight-sensing technology. Each time items are removed, the inventory is automatically adjusted and the system displays the quantity removed on the touchscreen.

The WeighStation removes the need to scan inventory or log transactions as every time items are taken from the storage bins, the software automatically records the operation based on the weight that was removed.

In a single or double cabinet configuration, the WeighStation provides flexibility with fully customisable shelf placement providing ample storage space to house parts in various sizes. With clear doors and pull-out shelves, workers can easily see and access the supplies they require. At the end of the working day, unused items can be returned to the bins allowing precise and efficient management of consumables.

The addition of the new auxiliary unit to the range means users can easily expand their WeighStation footprint creating a second crib where employee access can be restricted providing an extra layer of security.
