On show at PPMA, Validator provides a cost-effective solution more or less 'off-the-shelf', yet can be customised to each customer’s specific needs. Market experience shows that manufacturers have the need to check correct and readable barcodes, batch codes or serial numbers, labels applied and in the correct position and evaluation of packaging such as fill-level and cap-detection.

Validator has also been designed to easily interface with periphery devices. This could be I/O options for direct mechanical control of alarms and reject mechanisms, or saving failed images to a remote FTP server. 

Other options include multiple cameras for multi-sided products, enclosures made in food grade stainless steel and central control for multiple lines.
