TaeguTec is adding to its range of new
product offerings with the TSK Collet
Chuck which has been designed
specifically for precision machining.

The new chuck has a 4 degree
collet taper that is said to offer a wider
clamping area that increases clamping
forces and thus increases precision
and rigidity. Of slim design, it
minimises interruption and possible
interference between the cutting tool
and the workpiece making it suitable
for high speed machining and deep
pocket machining. The TSK Collet
Chucks works in conjunction with a
specialist implement that enables
users to easily remove the collet from
the machine tool.
