AMHSA, (Automated Material
Handling Systems Association) is
promoting a series of seminars to
help logistics professionals
improve their understanding
of some key topics in
automated handling.

Taking place in
Loughborough on 3rd November,
the first event will feature three
seminars between 2 and 5pm.

Adam Fox, project manager for
George Utz will speak on
‘Innovations in plastic containers
and trays for automated storage and
handling systems’.
Next, Andy Robinson, MD of
Autotech Controls, will explain the
benefits and pitfalls of modern
control systems for automated
handling equipment in a seminar
entitled ‘New technology – a
necessary evil?’
Finally, Nick Hunt,
national account manager for
Motivair Compressors, will
speak on ‘Reducing carbon
footprint through effective
compressed air management for the
material handling world’.
