Dexion will be launching a C-WIS, a
Warehouse Intelligence System that
enables the user to continuously
optimise warehouse functionality.

Operating as a ‘cockpit’, which
collects and processes information
from a user’s system, C-WIS will
recreate a real time 3D simulation of
the entire material and work flow for
the warehouse. This then allows the
company to optimise stock locations,
investigate staffing and service levels,
working methods, forklift truck type
and use, and picking routines (to
name but a few). The impact of
potential changes can be simulated
prior to implementation in order to
assess their effectiveness.
