The new DOBO Loading Bay System
from Hörmann is designed to meet
the needs of warehouses with
controlled environments as found in
the food and pharmaceutical
industries. The solution allows a truck
to dock on to a loading bay with the
rear doors locked improving security,
particularly when high value items are
carried.

Once a vehicle is on the loading
bay, inflatable dock seals surround it
on three sides. The vehicle is now
docked with both the loading bay
door and the truck doors still closed.

When the loading door is opened the
specially designed dock buffers can
then be lowered below the lower level
of the truck doors. This allows the
truck doors to be unlocked and
opened in to the recess designed into
the bay area.
