offers the ‘Exhausted Air Recycling
System’ (EARS), an air tool solution
designed to improve productivity,
save energy, and enhance workplace
health and safety.

Available as a complete compressor
system, or as a retrofit option with
adaptors to suit most compressors
and air tools, the system provides a
closed loop between air tool and air
compressor. Exhausted air is captured
and returned to the compressor via
the EARS manifold. Supplementary
atmospheric air is used only when
the system is ‘charged’ and when
‘top-up’ air is required.

Benefits claimed include noise
reductions of between 70 and 80%
and energy consumption reduced by
40% year-on-year.
