Four-fold increase in traffic to forklift platform
The founders of a forklift truck marketplace are reporting a four-fold increase in traffic to its website since the start of the year.

Elliot Cooke, technical director of www.forktrucktraders.co.uk, who co-founded the platform with former Bendigo Mitchell MD, Duncan Nealon, states: "Comparing like for like, we have seen a 437% increase in traffic to the site since the start of the year.”
The pair attribute the site's success to organic growth, the quality of machines featured, and the way it is marketed. Nealon adds: “When end-users visit the site they see quality machines from dealers local to them. We run local campaigns promoting exactly this, and the platform delivers.”
Cooke continues: “The changes to all forms of purchasing, both within the consumer and business worlds, mean end-users now expect to be able to conduct a lot of research online before speaking with dealers. FTT allows dealers to showcase their machines and service throughout this process.”
The two are committed to further growth, with a heavy marketing budget promoting the site – both at the point of search and across digital and print media.
