Direct Air will be located on stand B42 discussing the benefits of proactive maintenance strategies for end user compressed air systems and how rising energy costs will impact industrial energy targets.
End users have reported that compressed air rates have risen from 13p per Kw/h to 34p per KW/h.
For example, an end user running a 30 Kw compressor 24/7 could see annual compressed air costs rising to around £111,000 per year based upon an efficient system at 7.5 Bar.
At AirTech Direct Air will be promoting energy reduction best practices, including site audits, data logging, variable speed technology and leak detection. Direct Air have experience in achieving high value payback for customers, including Accord Healthcare who recorded energy savings of £58,000.
