With final preparations underway for
the Cleaning Show 2011 which is
being staged at Birmingham’s NEC on
1-3 March 2011, the event looks like
being the best ever.

The show is organised every two
years on behalf of the cleaning
industry by BCCE, a company jointly
owned by the British Cleaning
Council and Quartz Publishing &
Exhibitions.

Some 200 exhibitors will feature,
with over 70 exhibiting for the first
time. Among the new exhibitors are
businesses such as Hagleitner, Fimap,
Delphis Eco, Activeon and Ecover.

In addition to the exhibition, The
Cleaning Show 2011 will feature
several other attractions, such as the
Innovation Awards which, this year,
have a new judging process
undertaken by industry experts. The
organiser says that in order to better
reflect the diversity of products within
the cleaning industry, the number of
categories has been doubled this year.

There will also be a Green Zone
comprising products developed to
promote environmentally sensitive
cleaning practices. Each exhibit will
also be featured in an adjacent, freeto-
enter, seminar programme.
