A new solution to the problems of excessive noise pollution from work sites has been launched by Echo Barrier. The Echo H1 acoustic barrier is said to soak up sound around it rather than reflecting it, attenuating noise by up to 30dB.

Designed for quick installation on standard Heras fencing or similar, the H1 is aimed at sites where it is important to reduce noise levels.

The Echo Barrier ‘Echo H1’ is weatherproofed, fire resistant, light weight yet hard wearing and can be used to display advertising. It can be rolled for transport and storage.

The company says the barrier can be used in any high noise situation, for example on railway works and maintenance, loading and unloading areas and construction sites.
