Pilz debuts PSENmgate compact safety gate system
THE NEW compact safety gate system from Pilz, PSENmgate, combines the classic safety locking device PSENmlock and the control element PITgatebox in a space-saving solution. This system ensures maximum protection against manipulation and defeat, guaranteeing safety on machines or plants.
With easy installation due to simplified wiring via a single plug-in connector, PSENmgate saves crucial space and time during setup.
The system's core competencies lie in safe guard locking and versatile control. It offers safe interlocking and guard locking up to PL e, Cat. 4, on safety gates, covers, flaps, and enclosed robot applications. Additionally, it provides various control elements like pushbuttons, illuminated buttons, E-STOP pushbuttons, and an escape release, catering to different applications. PSENmgate is flexible and adaptable to a wide range of machinery, benefitting machine builders and operators alike.
Furthermore, the energy-efficient PSENmgate reduces power consumption with its bistable locking principle, contributing to sustainability.
