In just six months Tom Parker,
distributor of quick connect
couplings, has spent £600,000+
increasing the size of its Prestonbased
distribution facility to
45,000ft2.

The company offers connection
solutions for pneumatic, hydraulic,
water and gas applications. The
expanded site will enable it to keep
most of its 25,000 high quality fluid
power products in stock, providing a
faster turnaround on orders.

The extra space will also facilitate
assembly, testing and certification of
pneumatic (to 500 PSI)
and hydraulic hose (to
30,000 PSI) including
fast replacement of hose
assemblies.
