When JCB relocated to a new £40m
factory on the outskirts of Uttoxeter,
a state-of-the-art heating system was
required.With a proven track record
of heating large warehouses and
production facilities, Nor-Ray-Vac’s
continuous radiant tube heating
from AmbiRad was specified.

To achieve the blanket heat
coverage required, Nor-Ray-Vac
provided 59 x 46LR burners and six
discharge fans.With rapid warm up
times, the series of 46LR burners
provides a comfortable working
temperature within five to ten
minutes of start up.

Designed to provide uniform heat
coverage across the entire factory
floor, the Nor-Ray-Vac system also
caters for distinctly specified zones.
