Caljan Rite-Hite has acquired AMH
Services, combining the quality
products of Caljan Rite-Hite with the
value-adding philosophy and focus
of AMH Services and creating what
is said to be a truly 24/7 UK-wide
company that can provide complete
solutions throughout the logistics
‘value-chain’.

Spencer Roberts, previously MD
of AMH, will head up the new
company, that will retain the name
Caljan Rite-Hite.
