Cofely has been awarded a threeyear
contract with global packaging
company Amcor Flexibles to provide
a range of technical facilities at its
manufacturing site in Cumbria.

Cofely will be responsible for all of
the site support services, including
optimisation of plant performance to
minimise energy consumption, and
will be operating and managing the
engineering stores. Its Continuous
Improvement team will carry out an
inspection with a view to identifying
areas for further energy savings.

The site services delivery will
include maintenance and testing of
simple site equipment such as PATs
through to the complex maintenance
of the thermal oxidization plant.

Most of the contract will be selfdelivered
by Cofely and it will
maintain a team on-site.
