A magnetically driven micro annular
gear pump, which is suited to
handling liquids in critical metering
applications where reliable, leak-free
pumping is essential, has been
introduced by Michael Smith
Engineers. The ultra-compact HNP
MZR 4661 pump is designed fo
OEMs and small system builders
who require a pump to deliver
precise, pulseless flows from
4.8ml/min up to 72mL/min on
system pressures up to 6bar.

The pump benefits from a
hermetic design incorporating a
powerful inner magnet system driven
by a rotating magnetic field and an
integrated speed control. Very
compact, it has a diameter of just
22mm, is 69mm long and weighs
100g. To ensure a long service life it
has been built with wear-resistant,
ultra-hard materials.
