For two years BEKO Technologies
has been selling its Metpoint OCV
for the regular in-line monitoring of
residual hydrocarbon vapour in
compressed air streams. In response
to requests for a means of measuring
multiple points several times a year, it
has introduced Mobile Metpoint. The
device has multiple measuring modes.

It measures the following parameters
plus flow through the device: Residual
oil content (in the form of vapour) in
mg/m3, pressure dewpoint, temperature,
RH, and operating pressure. It should
only be installed on systems behind oil
free compressors or systems that have
well maintained carbon filtration
because the unit is highly sensitive and
measures to 0.003ppm of oil vapour.
