Interrol’s PolyVee drive solution
combines RollerDrives (24 V DC
drives), 3500 Series roller conveyors
and multi-rib belts to form a high
quality, functional unit. The
RollerDrive transfers the power via
non-slip multi-rib belts to the 3500
Series roller conveyors, featuring
PolyVee drive heads with nine
grooves.

The new system is reported to be
capable of achieving up to 300%
more torque transmission compared
to standard round belts and the
flexible design of the multi-rib belts
makes the system particularly simple
and efficient to assemble, even when
it comes to integrating the new unit
into existing installations.
