JSP’s Winter HardCap A1+ is
designed to conform to, and exceed
with ease, EN812+A1 standard,
which requires protection at four
impact sites. It also has fold-down
flaps that cover the ears and neck for
added warmth and protection.

The winter version is suitable for
use in frozen food industries or cold
storage or in harsh winter conditions
for those working outdoors. It has
passed with flying colours the test for
work in conditions as cold as -30°C.

While the Winter HardCap A1+
may look like a smart baseball cap
on the outside, it gives protection on
the inside. It can withstand a 5kg
impact dropped from 0.25m from
any direction up to 60° off-centre
and provides spike penetration
protection of 500g from 0.50m.

The hard cap offers all day comfort
irrespective of head size, due to a
castellated bottom edge, an angled
adjuster, a terry-towelling sweatband
and a hi-flow ventilation feature.
