On 1st November last year, Xylem
was launched following the spin-out
of the three divisions of ITT
Corporation (USA) to form three
new standalone businesses.

Xylem is a new water technology
company that incorporates existing
companies such as ITT Water &
Wastewater and brands; Flygt,
Godwin, Leopold, Sanitaire and
Wedeco, and sister company Lowara.

Peter Lewington, MD, comments:
