kicks off 2012 with a larger, customdesigned
sanding booth area at its
Wisbech HQ to help increase
capacity, turnaround and service.

5 Star undertook the main build of
the new booth area, removing
sanding and spray booths to make
way for the much extended facility
containing three dust extraction
systems. The new booth enclosure
has been designed to ensure there is
plenty of room to manoeuvre, and to
allow for future expansion.

AirBench was commissioned to
specify three new downdraught
tables that form the basis of the
sanding booths. It supplied two
FN126784s and one FN189784,
which extract dust and fumes away
from the workspace by drawing them
down through the work surface into
the internal filters, simultaneously
returning clean air into the room.
