safety spectacle service comprises
simple, all-inclusive pricing that
covers frame, lenses, case and cloth.

All frames are the same price and
there is no extra charge for surfacing
lenses, postage and packing and
admin. There is also no charge for
optician cheque payment and no
need to buy vouchers up
front.

There are 20 frame styles to
choose from (samples
available) and the company
has an agreement with Boots
Opticians and D&A, in addition to
an extensive network of UK-wide
opticians. There are fixed
professional fees.

In terms of support, there is a
customer service help-line and a
technical help-line.

All products are manufactured to
EN 166. Delivery times are said to be
excellent and there is a speciaalised
optical courier service. Other
features of the service include
bespoke prescription software,
overprinted prescription forms and
free prescription brochures.
