overseeing the delivery of the
national training scheme.

Clow is group MD of W J
Clow & Co, a privately
owned manufacturer of
ladders and access
equipment, a company that
was awarded the Royal
Warrant for the supply of
access equipment to Her
Majesty the Queen in 2008.
