Cambridge Online has
completed a Business
Intelligence upgrade for NDT
equipment manufacturer
Sonatest. The company had
been struggling to extract
and analyse data from its
Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) system to help it
understand buying trends
around the world. It knew
there was a great deal more
value in the data it was
gathering in its ERP system
than it was able to unlock
with the analytics tool it had
been using.

Cambridge Online advised
on the move to Jet Enterprise
and carried out all migration
and staff training.

Carol Stevenson, director
of administration, says: “The
effect has been almost
instantaneous. We now have
a BI reporting tool which we
can totally rely on. What’s
more we have more than
tripled the number of reports
we put together per month
and are no longer reliant on
any one programmer.”
