Making its mark in the
Welding Village at MACH
2012, LA-CO will be
showcasing its Markal branded
products, a comprehensive range of
high-performance industrial
marking products for use in all types
of manufacturing. The products are
available in the UK through Hyde.

Amongst the products on show,
Markal Valve Action Paint Markers
have been engineered for safe and
durable use on stainless steel and
other super alloys. Fast drying with
reduced smears, they enable marked
items to be handled almost
immediately, increasing efficiency in
tough industrial applications
including parts identification,
quality-control marking, layout and
cut lines, and colour coding.

Also on show, Markal’s
Thermomelt Heat-Stik is suitable or
use in any application where
temperature measurement is critical,
including pre-heating, post-weld heat
treating, interpass temperature
monit or ing and stress relieving.

When an initial mark is made, it
appears dull and chalky; when the
desired temperature is reached, the
mark melts to a glossy liquid,
providing a reliable, visible and
