materials, comprises the design,
build, finance and operation of a new
boiler house with civil works,
building, steam plant, reverse
osmosis, plant provision of project
capital and long term inclusive O&M
support service. In the first six
months of full operation, over 30%
energy savings are reported to have
been achieved.
