UK corrugated packaging
manufacturer, Northern
Packaging, has installed a second
vertical strapper from Mosca.

A fully automated Mosca
KZV-121-P30 twin lance
pallet press is already
being used as an
integral element
of the production
line at Northern
Packaging’s Peel Lane site in
Skelmersdale. Now the
company has installed a single lance
KZV-111-P30 at its second site in
Selby Place, Skelmersdale.

The KZV-121-P30 is capable of
compression up to 30,000N and
features two lances to give Northern
Packaging optimum flexibility in its
strapping operation. Its speed
and reliability have now led
to Northern Packaging
taking delivery of the second
Mosca machine.

Mosca automatic vertical
strapping machines are
based on a modular design,
offering sturdy construction
and easy integration into
conveyor lines. They
feature top-mounted sealing
heads and are particularly
suitable for the automatic
strapping of palletised goods.
