Available from Kopex-Ex is a range
of Universal Conduit Glands with
approvals for use with electrical
conduit installations in hazardous
areas. The flameproof gland provides
high levels of protection to electrical
systems and will suit Zones 1 and 2
for gas and vapour application, and
Zones 21 and 22 for hazardous dusts.

Made from brass, stainless steel or
nickel plated, and with an epoxy resin
barrier, the gland can be combined
with rigid conduit, allowing use in
Class 1 Div 1 applications under
CEC or NEC regulations.

Universal Conduit Glands come in
16 to 63mm diameters and for a
range of thread sizes.
