current economic climate its load
house solutions are proving popular
as they can be added to the main
building once occupancy has been
taken; this can save the main
building contractor installing loading
bays that may not be used or are
unsuitable for a potential tenant.

Sited outside the main building,
load houses do not take up internal
storage space and, in most cases,
they will not require heating or
chilling. They can be tailored to
requirements and disassembled and
relocated if required.
