SEM1750 from Status
Instruments is an
advanced yet user-friendly
Dual Channel Signal
Conditioner.

It accepts current and
voltage process signals and
offers 3.75kV isolation
between all ports to provide
ranged industrial process output
signals such as (0 to 20)mA, (4 to 20)
mA, (0 to 10)V, (1 to 5)VDC. The
company says any signal input or
output can be programmed within
the input/output range limits. Each
input and output will accept a
passive current loop but also has a
built in transmitter power supply.

The conditioner is configured via
Status’ easy to use software, USB
Speed Link. Two levels of
configuration are offered: A
basic current/voltage signal
converter where the device
can be set as dual channel
signal isolator/convertor or
signal splitter; and, for more
advanced applications, a
menu offering a wide range
of maths functions and user
set functions.
