Liquid tight flexible conduit
New from Flexicon is a liquid tight flexible conduit, called LTPLFH, which when used with its ATEX and IECEx EX d barrier gland is suitable for hazardous areas. It has an IP rating of up to IP69k and a low fire hazard rating.
With the barrier gland it can be used for Ex d, Ex e and Ex t applications; in Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas where group A, B or C gases are present and Zones 21 and 22 where explosive dust may be present.
As a low fire hazard product, LTPLFH is highly flame retardant, has low smoke emissions, low toxicity, is halogen, sulphur and phosphorous free and is self extinguishing.
