To keep pace with demand the company has established a separate factory for its MCS range. The dedicated facility is adjacent to the company’s main production site for linear motion products, in Tiverton, Devon.

One of the products now manufactured at this new site is the MCS – RapiLok, a new style of profile connector for the MCS system that creates a rigid, right-angled joint in seconds. Cross drilling of profiles is not necessary and only one profile needs to be tapped – no additional components are needed.  RapiLok is said to save time and to cut costs; the resulting joint is anti-rotation and therefore suitable for twisting loads.
