High strength synchronous belt
Gates Industrial Europe has introduced a new synchronous belt, PowerGrip GTX, which is designed to serve the heaviest drives in industries ranging from wood processing and paper industry equipment to compressors, machine tools, roller conveyors, and many more.
With features that include high-strength, low elongation, and extreme shock load resistance, this new timing belt is available in 8M and 14M pitches and can be used for high-torque conditions for new drive designs. It is also designed to run on existing drives and is HTD pulley compatible.
Believed by Gates to be the strongest rubber synchronous belt on the market, the PowerGrip GTX is heat and oil resistant and static-conductive.
