The product’s completely enclosed construction effectively prevents the ingress of contaminating particles. Optimised sideband and cover contours also prevent the impairment of functions due to adhesion or penetration of chips and dirt and the interlocking covers fit tightly.

German TÜV NORD has tested and attested to the impermeability of the TKA55 to IP54.
