Oecon is a manufacturer and distributor of modular buildings in Germany, and the acquisition forms part of the Portakabin Group’s European expansion plans.  Oecon will complement the current Portakabin operations in France, Belgium and Holland and provide the necessary routes to market for the extensive range of Portakabin modular buildings within the office, healthcare and education sectors.
