Combining high speed closed loop servo control with built in process monitoring and SPC production analysis capability, the units offer extremely high process accuracy and output step control (1 amp steps up to 1000A), ideal for precision micro welding applications.

At the core is a tried and tested high duty, high power linear transistor bank which delivers a programmed pure DC current to within 1% accuracy.  With a 5% duty rating, these units are ideal for inclusion in high speed automation lines as well as lower volume manual assembly applications.
